Does your products contain nuts or gluten?
We make desserts including vegan and gluten free options. All Gluten Free or Vegan baked goods are baked at our home kitchen space which contains nuts, dairy, flour and other products that may contain gluten. We are not Gluten Free Certified, however we do our best in preventing cross contamination. Our gluten free baked goods are suitable for those with gluten sentivity, not recommended for those with celiac disease.
How long does the baked goods stay fresh?
We always recommend our customers to consume the baked goods within 3 days to a week. Keep it refrigerated for cakes or brownies and defrost until softens. Please note that free from gluten baked goods have a shorter shelf life as it tends to lean on the drier side.
Do you deliver?
Yes we do to certain areas within Klang Valley. We outsource our delivery via Goget.my and Zepto Express. You can check if we deliver to your area at order.bakedkl.com. Please understand that sometimes delivery times can be affected due to situations beyond our control such as weather, accidents and traffic jams. You can also pick up from our place in Ampang.
Do you accept last minute orders?
Unfortunately, we do not accept last minute orders. We always recommend to place your order in advance or email us for enquiry ahead of time. This is to allow time for discussion and such.
Do you give discounts?
Apologies, we do not give discounts. Amount of volume does not necessarily mean that our labour of work gets easier.
Do you offer free samples for bulk order?
No we do not. However, you can purchase the baked goods on our site and once the bulk order (RM500 and above) is confirmed, we will rebate 50% from your previous order. Please email us first for bulk order enquiries.
Any refunds or returns?
All our products will be delivered by Goget or Zepto delivery during the delivery transit all responsibility will be passed between the logistic company and the customer.
Your order/s will be delivered to you on your selected date, and in the event our delivery partner fail to deliver entirely, we will fully refund the delivery fee should you ask for a refund with the condition that the goods has not been received.
While the runner would like to deliver your item on time, please note that we are not able to promise on the delivery time slot you selected as it’s only a preferred guide time, delivery could be earlier or later than your preferred time slot as all deliveries are subjected to traffic condition, weather, and any unforeseen circumstances.
We will not be responsible for any mistake or delay caused by the customer such as incomplete address, incorrect contact number, or any other incorrect details provided by the customer. This inclusive if there are no people to receive the item during the delivery (whether during the preferred time slot, or other than the preferred time slot).
Please also ensure that on the delivering date, the receiver mobile number is reachable. There will be time where runner will need to be able to confirm the receiver attendance at the delivery address before they proceed with the delivery, and there will be time where runner will need to be able to contact you when they are not able to locate the correct address you provided and thus need your guidance. In such case if the receiver’s contact number is not reachable or unanswered, we or our delivering partner will not be responsible for any delay cause by such reasons or circumstances similar to the above.
In the absent of receiver during the delivery, re-delivery can be arranged at additional cost.
Do check the goods received are in good condition. All our homemade desserts are not returnable or refundable.
