How to make our gluten free lemon loaf cake

Do you have guests coming over for teatime and you want to bake something special that's fuss free?


Try our Lemon Loaf Cake! It's super simple and you can prepare it all in one bowl




1 pack of Lemon loaf baking mix


1/2 cup oil / melted butter

2 eggs

3 tablespoons of lemon juice

2 tablespoons of lemon zest (you can always add more!)

1/2 cup milk / non dairy milk




Preheat the oven to 170'c and grease a 8x5" loaf pan. Line the pan with parchment paper so it is for you to pull out later on.


In a bowl, pour the lemon loaf baking mix. Add in other ingredients and mix until smooth and combined.


Pour the batter into the pan and bake it for about 30 minutes. The cake is done when toothpick inserted into center comes out with a few moist crumbs. The sides will become quite brown, don't you worry!


Once cool, pull the parchment paper and serve!
